New ContentDepot Web Portal to be Launched Today

At 16:30 ET, the PRSS plans to launch a complete redesign of the ContentDepot web portal. The new website will move the portal onto a more contemporary platform with a redesigned user interface and several new features.

** Please be aware that if you are logged into the portal at 16:30 ET, you may be disconnected. If this occurs, you should be able to log back in within a minute or two. **

The current and new portals will operate in parallel until late summer when the transition is completed. The ContentDepot portal link will remain the same -- https://contentdepot.prss.org -- and users who click on this URL after 16:30 ET today will be directed to the new redesigned portal. The legacy portal, which will transition to serving as a back-up, can be accessed at https://contentdepot.prss.org/portal/cd.portal. Please be aware that the back-up portal, and this URL, will be shut down in a few months. The PRSS will send communications via ContentDepot messaging alerting the system to the date that we intend to perform this shut-down.

Please note – Two webinars have been scheduled, one geared toward stations and another for producers, to provide an overview of the changes to ContentDepot and a hands-on demonstration of how to navigate the new portal design.

-       The station-focused session will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, from 3:00 PM ET to 4:00 PM ET. To register for this session, please click here: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/492086262

-       The producer-focused session will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, from 3:00 PM ET to 4:00 PM ET. To register for this session, please click here: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/337101230
