Please Share Your Opinions in Annual PRSS Survey

Your opportunity to share your thoughts and perspectives on the PRSS, ContentDepot, our staff and services is soon coming to an end. The annual PRSS Customer Satisfaction Survey is still out in the field, so don't miss your opportunity to tell us what you think is working, what needs improvement, and how we can better serve you. All station general managers should have received an email on September 5, 2014, with a unique URL, which is a link to the survey.

The PRSS Customer Satisfaction survey is an annual occurrence, but for some stations, this year there will be a noticeable change: Station managers of NPR member stations will receive the survey as part of the overall NPR Member Station survey. Those PRSS interconnected stations that are not NPR member stations will receive just a link to the PRSS survey.

The results from this survey will be shared with the D/I Committee as well as the NPR Board of Directors, so it's very important that we hear from as many station folks as possible. We greatly value and appreciate your input and thank you in advance for your participation in this important process.
