Beginning at 15:10 ET on Sunday, August 10, 2014, an extended maintenance period will begin on the ContentDepot®. This maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 16:30 ET Sunday afternoon. Stations and producers are advised to plan ahead and adjust their production schedules accordingly.
** In this instance, the portal will remain online throughout the maintenance session, though there may be brief intermittent outages during the period between 15:10 ET and 16:30 ET. ** Please be aware that if you are in the portal during these times, there is a chance you will be disconnected and will have to log back in to the ContentDepot.
For the extended maintenance session, please note:
- Users will still be able to access the ContentDepot portal though may experience intermittent outages.
- Producers who would normally upload content files for delivery between 15:10 ET and 16:30 ET should upload prior to 15:10 ET on Sunday, August 10. If you are a program producer who normally uploads files during this time period, please contact the NOC to coordinate.
- File deliveries from the ContentDepot that are scheduled to take place during the outage period will be sent before 15:10 ET Sunday.
- Live streams delivered by the ContentDepot will NOT be affected. Tuning and cue commands from the NOC will occur as normal.
During this session, ContentDepot messaging is expected to run properly. In the event that the ContentDepot messaging service is not available, the PRSS will use its the emergency alert LISTSERV®, called ContentDepotEA, to deliver communications to stations and producers
